It was finally the last day of Senbatsu camp, the day when all would be decided. Not only would the chosen members be announced, but also, which Kisarazu would win. Win the pride of having better skills and the heart of a young girl.

“BEEEEEEEPPPPPPPP!!!!!” rang the alarm clock loudly at 6:00 sharp, but no one was there to hear it. It stopped abruptly on its own, shamed by its inability to do its job. The silent room was empty. Its inhabitants were out practicing.
“Atsushi-kun, Ryou-kun?” asked knocking at the door, “Are you there?” No response. She slowly turned the doorknob and peered in.
“Ahn? What are you doing?” replied a rather harsh arrogant voice.
“Waaaaaaahhhh!! Gomenasai!! Honto ni Gomenasai!!” said with chagrin, bowing several times and flushing with embarrassment at her stupidity. She glanced at the sign on the door; the words mocked her, “Atobe Keigo, Kabaji Munehiro.”
slowly backed out, closed the door and sighed. Just when I wanted to talk to them too…She looked out the window from the hall, it was a great day for tennis. She smiled and decided to look for the twins outside.

Later, she found the brothers playing against each other in a fierce match. Mizuki was chuckling to himself while twirling his hair. Oshitari gave him a weird glance. Atobe was smirking and watching the match, completely absorbed. Kabaji stayed speechless at his side. ran up to them and asked how the match was going.
“Ryou-kun seems to have the upper hand for now,” stated Mizuki, “but I’m sure Atsushi will take control soon.”
“Sou…”
“ Aitsu dake, zettai makenai!” the brothers thought in unison. “I definitely can’t lose to him.”
The sun beat down hard on the players. The score was 5 games all at the moment, 45-30, Ryou. Either of them could still take the match. The rally was long and suspenseful. Ryou lobbed by accident, so Atsushi took the “chance ball” and approached a smash. Ryou saw and ran backwards, but Atsushi let it through and into a drop volley! Ryou read his mind and dashed forward barely lobbing it into the back of the opposite court causing his cap to fall off and twirl around in the summer breeze. 5 games to 4… Kisarazu Atsushi to serve.
Atsushi was determined to keep his service game no matter what. Everything rides on this one game, he thought to himself. He served perfectly and got a service ace. Ryou was slightly surprised at the speed of the serve, but recomposed himself and stood in ready position. He served again, Ryou got it this time. Atsushi returned it with a hard shot to the open right side and got a point. The game progressed.
“Game Kisarazu Atsushi, tiebreak!”
The rest of the game was very close, neither would let go of two consecutive points. Then…
“Game and match. Kisarazu-” a large plane flew overhead, shutting out all other noises from being heard.
“Katta…I won…” he panted slowly, trying to regain his breath.
The racket of the other hit the ground hard, ringing out depression and shock all across the court….
